Free campus connectivity paired with a practical digital classroom

The Automated Digital Campus & LMS Sourcing Program combines a subsidized fiber connection, a managed MikroTik hotspot, safer student access, and a free learning management system for a multi-shift college.

Its central lesson is simple: access creates more value when students and teachers also have a structured place to share assignments, lectures, syllabi, and learning resources.

01The challenge

Administrative and access deficits

Full-capacity enrollment shifts magnified the cost of paper, limited classroom research, and made remote assignment tracking difficult.

Material waste: Without a central digital portal, teachers depended on recurring printed worksheets and physical distribution.

No classroom research: Students could not reliably use educational videos or reference sources because individual mobile data was unaffordable.

Distraction and safety risk: Unmanaged commercial mobile access exposed learners to tracking, unvetted advertising, malicious destinations, and algorithmic distractions.

Instead of installing a raw internet router, i4E designed an integrated environment for access, safety, and academic workflow.

Teachers organize assignments, syllabi, grading resources, and lecture materials in the LMS, supported by practical onboarding.

Privacy and safeguarding: Access controls are managed at the campus gateway. Voucher or RADIUS records should be limited to operational need, protected from unauthorized access, and retained only under an agreed institutional policy. Filtering reduces known risks but cannot replace supervision, digital literacy, or safeguarding procedures.
