Return & Refund Policy

We want purchases and service engagements with i4E to be clear and fair. Eligibility for a return, cancellation or refund depends on the type of item or service supplied.

Physical items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from its description. Keep the item, packaging and proof of purchase while we review the request.

Digital services and subscriptions

Completed setup, customization, hosting, connectivity, subscription periods already used and other delivered digital work are generally non-returnable. If a service has not started, contact us promptly; any refund will account for costs already incurred.

How to request help

Email [email protected] with your name, order or invoice reference, purchase date and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned through an available payment method and may take several business days to appear.

This policy does not limit rights that apply under relevant consumer law or a separate written agreement.
