About i4E Rangpur, Bangladesh

We make the internet more useful for learning.

iNternet For Education is a nonprofit initiative connecting educational purpose with practical technology—so learners and institutions can move forward with confidence.

Our story

Access was growing. Useful access was not.

i4E began in Rangpur in September 2016 with a simple observation: reaching the internet does not automatically mean reaching the right knowledge.

Learners can find more information than ever, yet trustworthy material matched to their interests, needs and reading skills can remain difficult to discover. Institutions also need connectivity that is safe, dependable and manageable.

We bring those challenges together—combining local understanding, educational purpose and practical systems to help turn connectivity into opportunity.

What guides us

Purpose before platforms.

Technology is a means, not the outcome. We judge our work by whether it makes learning more relevant, accessible and sustainable.

01

Learner first

We begin with real learning needs—not technology for its own sake.

02

Useful access

Connectivity should lead to relevant knowledge and practical opportunity.

03

Shared progress

We collaborate with institutions and communities to create value that lasts.

How we work

Local understanding is built into every solution.

We listen before we design. Understanding learners, educators, infrastructure and constraints helps us shape work that is accessible, maintainable and appropriate for its setting.
